Been jamming these two back to back most of the day.

Cauldron
http://cauldron6.bandcamp.com/
Rad bare bones 'Hell Awaits' style thrashing with some occasional blasting but more in a powerviolence/grind way than black metal. Captures the feeling of that era of Slayer pretty perfectly and vocals that channel Araya without being a rip off.

Bungus
http://bungusgrind.bandcamp.com/album/tape
Gnarly goregrinding jams from some canadian high schoolers. Really good for being so young.
SPEWTILATOR - Badass motherfuckin' street cops with nothing to lose who don't play by the rules and are out for blood.

^^^ Nine albums plus the Ring cycle in an hour and twenty minutes? John Moschitta must have a prolific cover band. ^^^
edit: and now the post has mysteriously vanished, but I saw a phantom playlist!

Revenant - Prophecies of a Dying World
Suffocation - Pierced from Within
Thorns - s/t
Immortal - At the Heart of Winter
Gorguts - The Erosion of Sanity
Darkthrone - Total Death

I find that my time spent listening to music is much more enjoyable when I don't cater to that voice that says, "maybe I should give this album another shot."

In 21st Century music news, however, I can report that the new Pig Destroyer is boring and flat and it makes me the bad kind of angry rather than the good Prowler in the Yard kind. On the other hand, the new Rotting Christ "single"(?) sounds promising. For those interested, you can youtube or download it. Nothing drastically different from some of the stuff on Aealo, but more fleshed out and trimmed of the folk.

Grind with a little bit of the death and a little bit of the core. Trying not to be too hard with my core, but I can't stop slamming like a punk kid on the crank. Listening to Infest makes me want to Spazz while looking at Pretty Little Flowers

You are all awesome. I love you
