Seeking drummer for raw metal band

Hi.
I'm a vocalist/writer/guitarist. I'm looking for a drummer especially, but also would be willing to expand the group with time. I prefer energy and emotion to technicality.

Predominant influences are first-wave black/speed-black metal (Venom, Bathory, early Sodom, Celtic Frost, Exorcist, Mercyful Fate, Sabbat, Death SS, Bulldozer, etc), first-wave heavy metal/hard rock (Blue Oyster Cult, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Buffalo, Blue Cheer, Uriah Heep, Montrose, etc) and a bit of other stuff.

The free mentality to improvise between verses is particularly desired. Ideally, we'd primarily be an originals group.
