i need to know the story behind the final decision in naming your band the Velveeta Bros. this story better be good because this name is really killing me. haha...

Well, bro I'll tell you straight up, I Did Not name the band that!
Our lead guitarist & founding member Rob Meeks, also in local
legendary faves, Dark Overlord did!!!

Ya see, bro,
before I ever joined the band (I joined the band in the summer of 2006 btw) back several years ago, they were just doing what they called "Cheesy Covers" or "Metallized covers of classic rock songs w/ an edge" Hence, the name Velveeta Brothers!
And since joining the band, we've been writing more originals
now & evolving into an original Heavy band!

So, in the very near future, there will DEFINITELY
be a new name change!

And that's pretty much where it came from bro!
From the VERY warped minds of Rob Meeks, Sean Morris & Joe Martinez!

See bro, not a silly story on our name,
just a basic one!

therefore Kraft Foods CANNOT sue us!!!

So as the WWE's Triple H & DX say:

Didn't you hear about the "god squad" thing? Best Buy made them ditch the name because it was too close to "geek squad". So yeah, if you guys get big expect a C&D

Yeah, they wouldn't sue you, but more likely send a "Cease & Desist" or demand royalties for using the name.

Or who knows, they might tap you to represent the brand like that Coq Roq band that Burger King had a few years ago!
