N. Highland is not a "gay" area, although it borders on Midtown, which is. There are a lot of clubs on or near N. Highland -- most of them, I think -- that are not gay clubs. The Highlander, the old Dark Horse Tavern, etc.

Grrr, I just realized I won't be able to make it to the show after all -- I forgot it was the same day/night as the final Dragon*Con directors' meeting, and I'm a director, soo......

Just a heads-up.... When I read this show info over the air last Friday, a listener told us via AOL I.M. that Bodies in The Gears of The Apparatus has a habit of not showing up at shows....and kinda forgetting to tell anyone about it. This guy was the promoter/booking agent for The Chance in Poughk...

I've only heard the two songs on the "Nemo" single but I liked them both. The new CD is apparently doing extreeemely well in Europe and their limited US tour has sold well, so I'm looking forward to seeing them again here on their later full tour. I was thinking "heck, you can't work in Little Five Points and NOT have weird hair and tattoos," but that'd be a serious (and backwards) commute.
