The sad thing is the much like most death core, there are some passable/listenable elements in it, but overall its been gheyed up and brought down by all the "coring". Good luck, but there are some much better places to post this info.

These kids simply do not get it.

Has there ever been a better reason to go to the Masquerade? I think not.

I'll be at this. Cody, Exmortus seems like it would be up your alley.

While theres no question that Center Stage is the better venue, think of all the money thats being lost out on due to booking it there. Im going to guess over 5 grand. I guess they need to book the Tabernacle next time.

I was a bit disappointed in the "2nd set". It was like 5 more songs tacked onto the end of the Covenant set. I was kinda drunk at that point and talking with a lovely lady, but Immortal Rites (still hate the "sung" keyboard parts, Fall From Grace (my favorite Morbid Angel track), and a few others. T...

Monster of a show. Weak, extremely small crowd. Those of you that weren't there missed the deepest live cut of Legion and the s/t that I've seen up to this point. Dead But Dreaming, Deicide, Trifixion...relentless set. The way they joined the first 4 songs into 15-or-so minutes of straight brutalit...

Satyricon -- "Phoenix". After reading about this song for awhile, curiosity finally got the better and I found it on YouTube. Wow. I clicked "stop" after about 45 seconds. The last time you criticized Satyricon ("Age of Nero = black metal lite") you told me later that I should have told you to "jus...

2 minor semantic points: "Common decency" is a completely subjective concept...and the concept kinda flies in the very face of "being metal". Could think of tons of straw men here, but lets just say that many of the people on this forum perform an affront to "common decency" of our current societal ...
