Both are rock solid headphones that won't break easily.

Totally, maybe after about 100 listens I'll learn to appreciate it.

I bet the cleans on that amp rule, I've always preferred solidstate for clean tones. Distortion probably isn't that bad either. I'd say Mesa Cab used around here is you're best bet. I've seen them go for $450-$350 on Craigslist which cheap as hell for being considered the best cabs for metal. Europe...

Yeah, I have those Dimarzio cliplocks that came with my RG7420, they're really goddamn annoying. I rather use a normal strap since I don't flail my guitar around but I'll look into those Dunlop ones anyways.
