Ah, we had that shit when I lived in Auburn. The ratio had to be 51% to 49%, though I don't remember which was food and which was alcohol. All the bars in Auburn (all 2 or 3 of them) operated as restaurants during the day to get meet the ratio. Yeah, same shit......cept I think I remember them sayi...

Not really new legislation......the Masquerade's liquor license is under a restaurant law as apposed to a bar law. This is what allows them to have all ages shows. Under this law you have to be able to sell a certain percentage of food to your alcohol sales to be open on Sundays, and the Masquerade ...

Byzantine is not on the tour, they were dropped off before it started. The bands on the tour are: God Dethroned, Nightrage, Epoch of Unlight, Lilitu, Manntis, Hell Within, and Thine Eyes Bleed. There is a website for the tour at http://www.iemftour.com.

Nah....we definitely broke 100. It was closer to like 150 (meaning 150 people paid at the door), they keep tally at Breaker's. Though I wouldn't say that there was 150 people in there at one time. The club owner was actually pleased with that show.

This show ruled so much! All these bands did a killer job. Krisiun and Hate Eternal were pure insanity. Watching Derek Roddy play drums will just leave you speechless.
