Whoa - what happened to Troy???
Don't know the specifics. I haven't seen him in years. I just know that he passed away about four or five months ago. He's had a lot of medical issues the last few years from what I understand.

Canvas Solaris
From Statesboro, Georgia and signed with Sensory/Lasers edge now. Tribunal previously. So I don't think they qualify for the list.

Oh yeah man, excellent band/musicians and just downright cool people. I've been a friend of the band for many years.

I tried booking them for Utter Destruction but never heard back from them

. I met them in 2001 when one of my old bands played a metalfest thing in Macon with them. Cool guys. They still had a vocalist at the time too.

I'd hardly call Sensory/Laser's Edge a major

Probably had something to do with the transition. Right around 2001 was when they finally started taking care of business. Original bassist/vocalist left and a new guitarist/bassist (ben) was brought in. They haven't done any live support for any of the albums. Maybe one or two shows in the last 3 years.

Never said it was. I was refering to the fact that they were not from Atlanta and have no ties to this town in any way, So why consider them local? Thats all I was saying.

I gotta mention that I've never really heard Kshatriya or Ecryptus nor seen them live. So I can't really judge either of those.
