Prog. DRUMS/ BASS (cello)/ VOCALS Needed (Northeast Atlanta)

Post by Gladius » Tue December 30th, 2008, 4:35 pm

We are a metal band currently looking for drummers and bassists to complete our lineup. Our sound is heavily influenced by Eastern European/Middle Eastern and other world music, and our songs tend to be melodic and progressive/experimental. We need a strong and dedicated rhythm section and low end to complete our sound. Experience in performing Eastern European/Mediterranean/Middle Eastern music is a big plus, and we would encourage anybody with a background in this style of music to contact us.
We are looking for musicians available for practice at least ONCE per week, with reliable transportation and pro gear. Our goals are to finish a record by the end of August, and possibly a couple of local gigs. Candidates must be committed to practicing the material on a regular basis, and we are looking for age range of around 18 to 30 years old.
Please do not contact us if you are simply a fan of our sound, because we need people who can PERFORM the music as opposed to people who simply "like" the music and think it's "cool".
If you would like to schedule an audition, email us and we will go from there.

Samples of our demos can be found on:

Please learn the first two songs on the page, and be able to perform them at the audition. WE NEED THE SONGS PERFORMED AS THEY ARE WRITTEN, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO THE DRUM PARTS. We won't waste your time, so don't waste ours.
Thank you, and we look forward to hearing from any interested parties.
