Pending paperwork, though.
But if all goes according to plan, this is it:

Congrats Holly!

Looks like a nice place and everyone I know in East Atl loves it there.

I'll be buying a new house sometime in the next 2 years as well.
Let the joyous celebrations of Hell begin!

Those are amazing.
I would totally get one of those when I buy a house.

I'm not even sure if I can paint in this house, though...
One of the rooms is like dark green, and I'm really hoping it's not mine, because that is some somber looking shit.
I asked my brother to help me paint it, so hopefully they are cool with it.

Wow, nice-looking house! Is the neighborhood reasonably decent? Edgewood can vary widely.....

One small problem, though, looking at the pics.....some of the rooms are tilted 90 degrees off vertical, and the furniture is nailed to the walls. Might wanna have your inspector check it out.

My house is nowhere near as cool, but here it is:

And I've kinda trashed it a little since moving in a year ago, of course. :)

I know exactly where it is.
It's right down the street from my brother (who lives on Oakdale, and Oakdale becomes our street, Whitefoord).
It's in the more residential areas, like off of Moreland.
