A sad day, indeed.

R.I.P., Bigfoot.

He was the celebrity I most related to...

...come on, you assholes better watch Futurama.

those guys win since they managed to get CNN and ABC to report on their shenanigans.

"I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside. Run. He's fuzzy. Get outta here!"
Fuck it, Dude, let's go bowling.

Ahahah, I guess people really did believe it. Because they want to I suppose, the "Mulder Syndrome." Like I want to believe in Zombies hehe.

Which reminds me of a story...

When I was doing community service I worked at an animal shelter in Alabama and I got along really good with the lady who runs the place. She takes in wounded animals who can't be put back into the wilds. She was a bit wacky, but it made for a few interesting conversations heh.
She told me a story about something that happened to her and her daughter in Tennessee. I think it was somewhere near Cherokee NC maybe. Somewhere up there in them thar hills.

They were driving on a mountain road following another car, when that car stopped suddenly and force them to slam on their brakes. The next minute, she noticed something large and dark and furry on the other side of the car ahead, as if it had hit that something. Then she saw it get up and walk and she swears up and down that it was over 7 feet tall. SHe says she didn't feel threatened by it, but got the sense that it was curious, and a little frightened.

She believes firmly that it was a Sasquatch/Bigfoot. Maybe it was.

Isn't that the premise behind "Harry and The Hendersons"?

a fool and his money are soon parted - anyone who pays 50 grand cash for 'big foot' proves this saying perfectly

At first I thought someone had dug up Wille B.
"The inherent vice of capitalism is the unequal sharing of the blessings. The inherent blessing of socialism is the equal sharing of misery."
