Two of the more intriguing gay rumors I've heard: Lemmy (well, bi) and Chuck Schulinder. If the latter is true, I guess it kind of makes sense why the last Death track recorded was a Priest cover...

and about the lemmy thing, it was an internet rumor from quite a few years ago. it was reported that lemmy had confessed that in all his backstage antics that a few guys could've easily gotten into the mix. shortly after this "news" lemmy responded and said it was sad that people had to make shit up about other people and denied the report.

and i doubt that shuldiner was gay and i think the fact that "painkiller" is a badass song was the sole reason for the cover and not some "closet" reference to being gay.

Well, Lemmy does like to hang out at the "Rainbow Room." JK I can't even imagine Lemmy being gay. It just doesn't make sense. haha

Schuldner...don't know one way or the other, but don't base it on covering a Priest song. Priest is one of the most influential metal bands of all time. So if covering them makes you gay then Metal is the new Musical Theatre.

Though...to play devils advocate, that influence has a lot of metal-heads dressing like they should be haning out at the Blue Oyster so there may be some validity to that after all.
