Finally tried Yuengling, which I'd seen for a while but always assumed was some weird kind of Asian import. (Not that that's inherently bad; just seemed like something that wouldn't appeal to me. Hooray for hang-ups.) I had the "traditional lager." Yes, it was quite good. And cheap. It sort of reminded me of Heineken, but as I'd already had five or six scotches, my palate (not to mention my brain) wasn't at its most discerning.

Agreed..I call it Low Life as well...my former neighbor loved that shit...they call it the champagne of beers cuz it'll give ya a headache like champagne will.
