Hello. We are an independent punk band called In Vacuo ( http://www.myspace.com/invacuoband ). We're just put out a new record and are currently touring the USA. There's a few tracks on MySpace you can check out, and if you're interested you can e-mail us or message us on Myspace and we can send you the whole thing.

Having said all that, this forum seems like the central location for extreme/alternative music in Atlanta. What are the underground/DIY venues in Atlanta? What bands are really good right now?

We're going to be in Atlanta on Oct 29th, so if any bands/promoters want to do a show with/for us, that would be awesome! If not, we'll play in a random parking lot and I'll give you further details on the location.

You guys have a sweet forum, so hopefully we can meet the community in real life.
