I can just see SBG wearing a highwater polyester suit, reeking of booze, screaming "REE-TAIN-URRR" at the top of his lungs while the scorned party sniffles and dissovles into pure angst. Imagine what mediation would be like...ScreamBloodyGore wrote:Look no further.

You can see it, can't you, man. It's too fucking much.
SBG, show up tonight in the divorice attorney garb. We'll break some dreams and piss out some fires.

Yikes. Have fun with this.
If you got kids, this will be a nasty, nasty ride. I had a very, relatively speaking, amicable divorce about 4 years ago after a 2 year separation. In those two years, both me and my exwife had moved on so we legally ended it and, although, we were in agreement on most things, the state stepped in and forced us to disagree.
If you don't have kids, this could be very simple and you both basically can just walk away. If it's gonna get nasty, though, it is just gonna suck.
If it gets nasty, it is also going to get VERY costly. I had a lawyer at one point who was bent on leaving my ex penniless regardless of what I wanted. I was $3000 in debt to that lawyer before he did anything other than tell me how badly he could beat her up in a court room.
