too extreme

Post by Odinson666 » Thu July 28th, 2011, 1:30 pm

found this i guess it go on funny stuff on the internet but you would be expecting two girls one cup so here this is ...

Kaaos TV conducted an interview with bassist/vocalist David Vincent of Florida-based death metal veterans MORBID ANGEL at this year's edition of the Tuska open-air metal festival, which was held July 22-24, 2011 at Suvilahti in Helsinki, Finland. You can now watch the chat below.

When asked about how the material from MORBID ANGEL's new album, "Illud Divinum Insanus", has been going over live, Vincent said, "[The fans] love it live. A few people, maybe some of the songs on the record are a bit too extreme for them, but by and large it's a great record. It's doing really well. A lot of excitement. We're happy to play all these songs live. Obviously, [in] the set we also include a lot of the other classics. This way everyone will have a chance to hear a lot of the different songs that they wanna hear."

Regarding whether he and his bandmates expected to get such a mixed reaction to "Illud Divinum Insanus" during the making of the CD, Vincent said, "Well, the only thing we do is make music and we're creative. We don't think about these things so much. We do what we do. My work is done, other than we perform. But the studio is done. We made a record that broke down a lot of boundaries and included some stuff that was never included before. But we've always done these kind of things. It should be no surprise to anyone that we always do crazy things, 'cause we crazy."

if breaking down boundaries means including some industrial garbage that went out of style a decade ago in some extremely mediocre death metal than please... let those boundaries stand.

And LOL at the new material being received well live.

ah... ha.... ha.... i see what he did there. but on that note im listening to Too Extreme for the first time and it really blew my mind at how bad they've gotten. this is below standards for what i'd even throw in my own garbage. i'm a little shocked to find that he thought people were serious when they said it was too extreme.

Clearly your mind isn't as developed and radikult as David's.
