Best of the old! What's up chief!
Broke both out this morning to battle the HEAT. Those and new DISMA.
How'd that work? I'm willing to try anything at this point.
My air went out after the Disma record. No shit. It was 88 degrees in the house at midnight last night. Fucking retarded.

Dear Baby Jesus, the "cover version" so nobody has to cough up royalties, huh? So terrible. That said, I truly love all of those songs, but how in the hell do they lend themselves to motivating a workout? I'll stick my personal Tony Robbins, Jamie Jasta and go with Hatebreed and the occasional dose of some Condemned 84 to pomp me op.

Remind me to give you some of my underwear to throw at Shatraug. If I forget, just pull yours off and I'll owe you. THX

The secret to cardio is having all the same BPMs. So they rerecord this stuff faster or slower to match all the other songs. It's pretty horrifying.
