Fuck yes. A force to experience. Can't think of many projects that compare. Jealous of any of you getting to see this at MDF or that California thing this year.

I've seen this one pop up in your lists a bit, lately. On a kick?

I didn't realize that you're not going to Baltimore. I was looking forward to hanging out, drinking beers and looking out for the Drunkest Man in the World.

Major kick. MDF is so goddamn expensive this year and there are really just a handful of bands that I'd really be interested in seeing (a lot of repeats this year). Pretty sure I'll be doing Hells Headbash though. Zero filler in that line-up.

I can think of one or two bands. Still a good lineup though!

Eh, yeah I guess there are a couple that really should be part of a yet to be formed Hells Headbangers joke band imprint label. Still, 3 out of 30 at most so far? I have very little interest in a $300 ticket tab for wanting to see fewer than half of the current MDF +/- 100 lineup (and having never seen only maybe a fourth of those bands). The days of an $80 full weekend MDF pass even after they started doing the multiple stages wasn't that long ago. Still haven't completely written it off though in spite of my worthless whining. I completely derailed this thing.

The BFF gave me a Jesse "the Body" Ventura record for my birthday last year. The hole is too small so it's been stuck on my turntable ever since.

He's become my turntable mat:

Manliest turntable mat FTW.

I woke up with Green Day stuck in my head so now I'm making Bubba listen to Dookie.

Why do we own three Green Day albums? Don't you really just need one?

Jesus christ...I vaguely remember that hilariously awful WWF album with everyone taking a turn at that Wilson Pickett dance song, but had no idea this ever existed. You come across some of the coolest fucking garbage ever, Diana.

Katharsis -- VVorld VVithout End. I was quietly minding my own business, sitting at my desk, listening to some music, when a coworker came in. I was sort of hoping that KTHRSS would encourage the person to leave. Obviously, I wasn't playing it loud enough, because events did not unfold as I had hoped.

(And, I still prefer Kruzifixxion.)
