Megadeth - Peace Sells

Check out how Mustaine pronounces "pernicious" in "Devil's Island." It's almost as funny as Wino failing at "facade" in....whatever Obsessed song that is.

I figure you were talking about lunar womb so I went back and listened to it, but wino said facade correctly. so then I figure it must have been another song, later or earlier? yeah it's field of hours. "metal fuhkaid / can ride this day." which is funny because they demo'd that song in 1982 hence the correction of the mispronunciation when used in a different, later song. but, for the album recording (which was after lunar womb, in which wino demonstrated his ability to pronounce the word correctly), continued to use the wrong pronunciation to preserve the rhyme

meanwhile, megadave continues to use "pernikuous" even up to 2014, even though it's not part of any rhyme or meter scheme

oh, and... "death will be their acquiscence"

Well done. I didn't know there were other Obsessed fans here.

Off to Houston Thursday to see Vio-lence and Tom G. Warrior.
