Yep.....amazing albumJMincemoyer wrote:Are you talking about "Rise To Dominate?" If so, that is a great effort. If you haven't heard it I also recommend Nox. I cannot remember the title off the top of my head, "Ixaxaar" maybe?, but it is a stellar release of hyper-blasting DM. Wicked World, Earache sub-label, released it.

They were supposed to tour with Cannibal Corpse but they got replaced by The Absence (fine by me, I love them too) but I wish they would tour soon

Is anyone else a bit disappointed with the new Nachtmystium? I appreciate when bm bands try new styles, but this album, thanks to the song order at the very least, has its momentum killed every two tracks or so: an opening instrumental, two good songs, then a pointless instrumental, then another good song, then a slow "jam" (like Phish or something), then one more "traditional" Nachtmystium song before a weird, three-track outro that sounds like something from an early Genesis album. Taken another way -- say, as a double-album, maybe -- this could've worked, but ... I don't know. Something ain't right.
Maybe I was expecting another Instinct:Decay. That seems foolish under any circumstances, I suppose.
