Yeah, I just moved to the Cartersville area from Rome. What is there to do locally? (Outside of living in self-imposed solitude from the myriad hillbillies and hicks that propagate the area, of course...)

True, Kfoll, but Rome at least has a minor league baseball affiliate and semi-frequent MMA events. Erstwhile, Cartersville is home to nothing but ignorami and foul overhead industrial smog.
If mustard could die, it would smell like Cartersville.

We got bowling, movie theatre, and Wal-Mart

That's about it

At least you have bowling and a movie theatre. Here, there's just golf carts and more golf carts. And old people. To get to anything remotely fun (movies, etc) you need to drive 25 minutes at the very least.

Yeah, but Cartersville has something far more useful than anything Rome has ... access to I-75.

Yes, that seems to speak volumes about the ingrained culture and living standards of the area: the best thing about living here is that it is fairly easy to excape from it.
