I got a kinda dumb-looking "Albert Einstein sticking his tongue out" framed poster from my sister, and -- something EVERY metalhead needs -- an automated antibacterial soap dispenser from my mom.
And a 're-gifted' A Christmas Story card which my mom wants me to re-gift to another family member every year. (What she doesn't know is that I still have a whole box left of the motherfuckers.)
The A Christmas Story bobble-head she got me kinda comes up smelling like a rose in this pile of eminently re-giftable stuff.

Like a chain letter? Do you just add your name at the bottom? Yep, sounds like your family knows you about as well as mine knows me.WREKage-Paul wrote:And a 're-gifted' A Christmas Story card which my mom wants me to re-gift to another family member every year.

GameFreac, you cleaned up! I'm going to your house next year. Dunkaroos sound rad. Did you get a subscription?

That's exactly where my cousin ordered them from.

Yep. Pretty lame. I'm tempted to send it to some remote relative next year and tell them (by phone) to report it as missing in the mail. Aww, darn.Diana wrote:Like a chain letter? Decibel is OK. Bit beardo for my taste, but the sub is so cheap that I can't turn it down. Terrorizer is far better. Pricey as shit, but worth every shilling. Metal Maniacs ruled; it was like a labor of love zine done with a (cheapo) magazine budget. I still miss the shit out of that mag. And Flipside and Ben is Dead and Creem and Modern Drunkard and so many other great zines of the 80s and 90s. I'm hoping for a MM revival, but I know if it happens it'll be a total beardfest this time.
