This has been pretty fun so far this year. Much better than last year. Finally scored myself a DVD of The Mutilator and the Halloween 6 producers cut which is apparently still shitty but less shitty than Halloween 6, which was free.

Small, but it was really good. I didnt stay too long because I ran out of cash and I didnt want to over spend by visiting the ATM machine. But I got what I wanted for my first time there. Return of the Living Dead and Dawn of the Dead soundtrack CDs, This is Horror documentary dvd, Shewolf of the SS shirt, King Diamond Lightswitch cover, and this:

HA! I was thisclose to getting that lightswitch cover. If I'm not mistaken, that was also the table with the silkscreen of Albert Fish that I wanted real bad? Fun stuff on that table.

It seems like about halfway through Saturday the Sheraton decided they didn't want the convention any more. Reports are varied, but they got up to some assholery. Also they need to rename that bar: Fandangles commands no respect whatsoever. Also fuck AT&T reception.

By the time I ran into SlashAndThrash on Sunday, my brain was complete oatmeal. Next time I see you I promise to attempt full sentences. Luckily I found Jägerwolf on Day One while things were only a little mushy.

My boy found steady work!! They shoot about six weeks out, so the timing lines up. And I'm sure it was a tough choice between being rude to people that love him (sorry, it still stings!) at some little podunk horror convention for two days, or getting a job. "Hmm, let me think..."
