I was at work today and this old lady was buying some red & white embroidery thread. All of the threads are numbered. The red one's number was 666. I immediately noticed and asked her "I wonder if they made the red one's 666 on purpose?" She looked really uncomfortable when I said that and just smiled and said "yeah..."

They had you do a drug test and the forgot to test for drugs???

They have a mail-order component...not everything in the store appears to be on the site, but a lot is. I haven't found the picture-discs on the site yet. (I was considering some for the artwork alone.)badcarburetor wrote:Got a link for the shop?

If you go there, be sure to ask about stuff that isn't out in front. They have some items that they keep in back because, well, most of the mall's clientele probably wouldn't agree that Jesus is a cunt.

They said they had some Type O shirts in the back that were probably best kept out of the public eye, but we forgot to ask about them.

We recognized each other but we don't know each other very well so I asked him if he wanted a bag and he said no thanks. Yep, that was that

I just bought a new statistics book (exciting, huh?) The author is from England, pretty damn funny, and a metalhead. In the acknowledgements he lists the following bands that he listened too while working on the newest edition:
1349, Angantyr, Cobalt, Cradle of Filth, Danzig, Dark Angel, Darkthrone, Death Angel, Deathspell Omega, Exodus, High on Fire, Iron Maiden, Manowar, Mastodon, Megadeth, Meshuggah, Opeth, Porcupine Tree, Radiohead, Rush, Slayer, Soundgarden, Taake, and Tool.
This is probably not so exciting to most of you, but it's pretty cool to see references to Norwegian black metal while reading about advanced statistics.
