Last night on Californication, they were discussing a movie called "Slowly We Rot 2" hehehehe.

all of Moody's books on that show are named after Slayer records, too.

Man, a lot of straightedge is killer shit. Those sober jock motherfuckers have a lot of energy.

I can't imagine those kids would give a shit about a CC shirt or really anything short of a shirt that said "DO HEROIN OR YOU ARE A FAGGOT PUSSY WHO EATS MEAT!"

I'm not saying that I completely dislike straightedge music. Just a bad example of straightedge music.

I don't like anything that gets too preachy. Just shut up and play some nice punk rock that I can listen to while I do drugs.

Metal in Unmetal Places = me accidentally wearing my Goatreich Fleshcult hoodie to enjoy Continental Breakfast at the Hampton this weekend. I just went down there in my jammies and didn't think about it. Sorry, Christian School Girl's Basketball Team.

It's a well known fact that there is no better drinking music than Minor Threat.

I gotta go with the Scorpions. But I'll put Minor Threat in the top 10.

Minor Threat is indeed awesome. But we should have killed Ian MacKaye when we had the chance because when I saw Fugazi in the early 90s they kept stopping the show to scold everyone for stage diving and then threatened to stop the show. What kind of fucking punk show threatens to leave because of stage diving??

Ha ha, I love those quirks of his, especially that he has deep thought out reasons for making diamonds out of coal in his ass.

I love Fugazi and Embrace, but I love maniacal people in general; they are interesting.

I also love that every third skinhead I've ever known claims to have "kicked his self righteous ass" on fill in the blank tour.

It is true that straightedge themed stuff makes the best drinking music, cuz it's always really chanty.

I have a great love of Ian and all his weirdness as well. I've been to several Fugazi shows that were just killer. Miss those guys.
See you in Hell!

They did the same thing when I saw them in St. Louis, back in '93 or '94.

And, speaking of, Dennis Lyxzen was scolding a bunch of people at the Echo the second time that T(I)NC played, because they were slam-dancing. Told them they should leave it for "a bad hardcore show." I shit you not.
