Astrocreep 2000 is pretty essential. I used to jam the shit out of both back in the day. John Tempesta from Exodus/Testament played drums on it.

The production on that one is monstrous, especially after the previous album. I wore my copy out, too. Excellent pizza delivery music (which is what I was doing at the time).
