I doubt very much that most of us make our decisions based on sound rational logic however, so on that note I selfishly want to go to the Brick Store because it kicks the most ass of the 4 choices so far.

Those of you who know people that either aren't registered here or rarely post on this board that haven't already spoke up and you think they'd want to come, pass the word along to them to read over this topic.

I agree with you on both parts about Manuel's and the Brick Store sounds like it kicks ass.

Also, if you are planning on going, please vote. Then we can know how many people and if going to somewhere like the Brick Store would be ridiculous.

I'll be there. My vote goes to Brickstore, though we'd have to go early (as has already been said) since they don't take reservations.

I would love to meet up with you guys and have a drink. Might be a little sticky for me, though -- my mother-in-law is coming over from Mississippi for the holidays, as well as her sister and brother-in-law. I'm not sure I'd be able to get away.

I've never been to George's or the Local. I'd vote for Brickstore, if I was voting, because I can walk.

I'd have voted for Manuel's since it's the only one on the list that I'm familiar with (and that, only from many years ago).... They do have that upstairs private room for larger parties, too.....

Is Manuels really anal about carding? If not, come anyway and just see if you can get away with it.

Otherwise, I'll tell ya, when we were at the Local the other night, there was one guy with us whom I know for a fact is only 20, but they didn't hassle him as far as I know.
