The only downside of this kind of gig is that it eats your life...especially if you already have a day job. You wind up working all day then all night. By the time it's all over you're not too far removed from your character. Zombies, psychopaths, etc.

That's sorta what it sounds like is going on with Todd. Barely hear out of him. It may be weeks before I even hear the slightest bit out of him.

that's exactly what I'm going through since I have a day job and work at Netherworld. I worked nearly 60 hours in the past 4 days. I got home not too long ago and am about to go get some sleep.

People keep calling me, I don't answer because I'm working. I don't call back because by the time I get to, it's really fucking late at night. I hung out with one friend for an hour...that's ALL the hanging out I've done with any of my friends for this whole entire month. I already skipped out on 3 different parties, and will have to skip out on some more (Halloween parties).

This is why I do it: I am really broke and this is my 5th year at Netherworld...I wouldn't keep coming back if the job sucked. It's fucking fun! I figure I can sacrifice my social life for just one month so I can make people piss themselves and send them off in ambulances (not kidding!) and get paid for it! In one week, I'll have my life back and a pretty big paycheck as well

has anyone gone to this? thinking about hitting it up tomorrow with a few friends. I heard you only get to be in the apocalypse for 20 minutes though...is that true?

Is it open on Wednesdays? I thought it was only Thursday-Sunday, but I could be wrong.

I think you only get 20 shots in the zombie apocalypse, so 20 minutes is probably more than sufficient. Again, I could be wrong.

I drove around it Sunday afternoon. It's in the old truck stop that I had assumed. Looks pretty badass with the old motel painted all camo. I guess the rest of the year it's the Safety Wolf paintball range or some shit.

I looked at the website a couple days ago and it seemed to have been updated so somethings may have changed. Try that.
