for this to work, get all kinds of metal! why the fuck not. i mean keep it relatively extreme but just a badass GA showcase would rule, with maybe a good touring band or bigger local coming through? attract as many people as possible, i say

YES!!! And maybe even do like some other fests do, with different 'stages' minus the different stages part...have the death bands in one time frame, the black in another, the doom in another, thrash, so on and so forth. There are easily 20 or 30 bands who COULD play...it's just a matter of actually putting it together.

Probably a little over ambitious for the first run. Organizing something like this with just 10-15 bands is a lot of work, especially since it's not even in a club.

And yeah I meant the band Hallows Eve.

I think one bitchin' day would suffice for the initial run. If the first band goes on at 5pm we could easily fit 10 bands in with the last going on around midnight or 1am. Keep the band's sets to about 30 min (which is pretty much my saturation point with any single band anyway) and 15 min between bands to change gear and we could probably fit 15 bands into one day with no one having to play too early. encourage people to come down around noon or 1pm to grill out and set up their tents n shit and start drinkin' and everyone will have a good crowd.

How do we get in touch with these Death Barn peoples? Doesn't someone from Severed Faith post on here?

Ill make it easy, if enough people wanna get together and really figure this out, why don't we meet somewhere before the withered/spew/primate/zoro show this friday....im guessing most people are at least trying to make it to that show? Grab a beer or whatever somewhere to figure some stuff out?

EDIT: if not any day will work, the sooner the better i think though
