HAHA! None of it is scary. But it's fun.

I recently came to the same realization about myself. I don't think any movie can scare me. The only thing that scares me anymore is poverty. :( And the fact that many of my friends are out of work, and more are getting laid off every day. :( :( Now THAT is scary.

Maybe next year Netherworld could be themed "You Just Lost Your Job: Welcome To Shitsville." It'll be dark and cold because you don't have lights or heat. :(

lol yeah same here

Whenever I go through a haunted house, I'm always looking at everything and I have a good time, but don't get scared lol

I did when I was younger though. I went through one at 15 with my younger cousin and aunt and me and my cousin were screaming but having a blast lol

My dad took me through one when I was 10 and I remember being scared but not screaming...that is until the chainsaw guy chased me for what seemed like an eternity  I was running and screaming my head off! He finally let me go through and EVERYONE in our group was laughing...I'll never forget that!

I've gotten to do the chainsaw a few times at Netherworld and it's fun returning the favor

Metalfreak, do they ever let people inside to look around with the lights on? I would love to get a gander at that stuff. You get chased through it so fast you can't admire all their hard work. :)

i went to some rinky dink farm in mcdonough last night. they had a haunted house and haunted trail. the haunted house stole a few things from netherworld but overall, it actually scared me MORE than netherworld.

i think the key to a good haunted house is complete darkness. only my girlfriend and i going through helped out a lot as well. you are sorta quickly pushed through netherworld like cattle where this one, we were alone and could take our time (not many people were there). also, farms are much more creepier than some huge crowded warehouse on the side of a busy highway.

the "trail" was sorta dumb though.

anyone who might live close should hit it up. just look up "the pumpkin patch" in mcdonough. they had other activities going on but it was raining.

@Slut Rag - yeah I always tell people to go to Netherworld on a weeknight early in October. The first Monday & Tuesday are always painfully slow. Sometimes maybe 100 people may come through but that's it. But it's good for the patrons. Then you will be by yourselves and could possibly get scared lol

That trail sounds cool. Yeah I know I get scared out in the middle of nowhere!

Atlanta Zombie Apocalypse is a goddamn blast!!! I had so much fun there I can't believe I ever pissed money away at Chambers of Horror last year instead of going there. The actual post-apocalyptic shanty town "New Atlanta" was an awesome and unexpected escape from NY style touch, I loved it. I will make sure to attend every year from now on

once you meet him, you're dead!

shane stumbling around puking everywhere and trying to sell us drugs was funny. a lot of it was just funny, but more fun because they were all obviously still having fun with it too, even though this was like day 30 of operation.

I only wish the Duke was actually a zombified Isaac Hayes

@Diana - I missed you post earlier lol I don't think they let people go in to take a look around normally unless you're from another haunted house & made arrangements with the owner or if you came with a friend who works there. (maybe if I get a chance next year I can take you through)

If something like that comes up, please keep me in mind. I love that shit so much. I want to steal that big rock monster out front and put him in my living room. I'd have to knock out the ceiling so he could stretch into the guest room upstairs...
