I've been very negligent this year...a lot of stuff I immediately thought of were actually from the end of '10 but just really got around to listening to over the summer.

However, I will second Stained Glass Revelations and also add Speed of Smoke.
I'll have to check out the new Rwake and YOB. Also haven't listened to the new Saviours :!:

New Agalloch, and will 2nd Wizard Smoke- The Speed of Smoke and Burzum-Fallen. i hear the new Asphyx is coming out soon, looking forward to hearing that one. Haven't heard the new WITR, how is it?

i just heard Chelsea Wolfe's Apokalypsis , and am rethinking my previous choices.... while not metal it would appeal to metal heads who also like dark music ...or heroin
