I havent' listened to Punishment for Decadence that much. No doubt about Mental Vortex and No More Color.

I never thought a metal band could cover a Beatles song and make it sound soooo good. I used to make jokes about it. These songs are no joke.

Also reply to my PM, asshat.

That's a real helluva playlist from Godz to Stones to my favorite Motorhead album to The Nerves and SLF and Aura Noir, the same AngelWitch I was rocking on the way to to the show last, plus so much more... Very impressed.

Thats my favorite Motorhead album too. Not many folks agree with me on that one.

The rec that broke up the classic lineup.... Didn't Philthy leave the nest after this one dropped?

I haven't listened to it that much. And can't imagine doing that when there are six great records preceding it.

Not to take anything away from earlier albums, but there is something very special about that record. It also is attached to a special time and place for me, but it still stands on it's own. Get into it.

Ghost - Opus Eponymous. Get into it. Now.

OK. I'm gonna listen to it today. I'm a sucker for Motorhead's je ne sais quoi moments... But Ghost, bleeeeech.

Same here. That was a great summer for me.
That line-up didn't last long. Lemmy couldn't stand Brian Robertsons frilly stage clothes.
