I'm currently saving for a PS3, and I should be getting a bonus in about 6 weeks. I think for the first game I'm going to purchase I have to back track to an older release and get Oblivion: Elder Scrolls 4. Due to it's medieval environment, sword weaponry and expansive gameplay. I can only imagine the hours spent listening to old Satyricon, Finntroll and Amon Amarth whilst chopping down hordes of soldiers and casting black magic spells. Needless to say I'm chomping at the bit.

its a really cool game and i would always play metal that would fit the game. but im not so sure you can listen to music and play your games at the same time on a PS3 like you can on a 360...

Damn, I played Shenmue on Dreamcast, I had no idea there was a sequal. Killer game though, so realistic. you even got a job, as you already know. MGS series rules also. I have the first 3.GameFreac wrote:Dude buy it and play it. It's amazing.Azrael wrote:I have'nt played it yet but I already havee about $50 saved up so soon enough. I can't wait. 1. Shenmue II
2. Metal Gear Solid 4
Yeah I have it on Dreamcast too. Shemue II is on Xbox 1 but it's backwards compatible w/ 360. Shenmue III was supposed to come out in like 2004 but here we are 6 years later and there's still no game. People are not even sure if it will ever come out.Azrael wrote:Damn, I played Shenmue on Dreamcast, I had no idea there was a sequal. Yeah I finally beat 4 this summer when I went to Florida. When you get a PS3, get Oblivion and MGS 4.

Xbox Kinect Claims First Victim
"A public service announcement: Do not under any circumstances play Kinect Sports Volleyball at 1:30 a.m. while standing under a ceiling fan with a dangling chain for a light switch. You could conceivably spike it into your year-old amazing TV, causing it to die with a rainbow LCD teardrop dripping down from the impact wound. Plus you'll lose the match by forfeit."

OMG, that last update was too much for the husband's current computer. He's got a new one on the way, but until then he is a broken man. It's like every day Blizzard comes to our house and kicks a puppy in the face.Azrael wrote:I finally got set up on World of Warcraft. Holy shit, that was fucking hilarious. I feel for your house and hope for a speedy recovery of your computing device.Diana wrote:OMG, that last update was too much for the husband's current computer. Was bound to happen eventually.Diana wrote:Xbox Kinect Claims First Victim

My little 12 year old cousin was playing Wii bowling and didn't tighten the strap and just swung his arm as hard as he could...he got a strike but the Wii remote went higher than expected and turn around and hit him straight in the forehead at full speed.
Me and my other cousin are on the bed and we just look at each other and can't decide whether to be concerned or laugh our asses off. He falls off the bed and starts bursting out laughing. The 12 year old started crying a little then laughing really hard for like 5 minutes. I'll never forget that day.
