New Order -- "Love Vigilantes".
Ozzy Osbourne -- Blizzard of Ozz. I was reminiscing with Moloc about a time when Ozzy was actually subversive.
Minnie Riperton -- "Loving You". Feeling the need for cheese. And chirping birds.

Oh, and some Horna, Death, and Bolt Thrower.

This is good, y'all. But unless my turntable is celebrating Opposite Day, this junk is 45 rpm, not 33 1/3, I don't care what it says on the label. It was all "Blooooooorrrrrrr blooooooooohh floooooooooh" until I hit the switch to 45. Then it started sounding like Watain. Pretty sure this was some kind of test.

Now I just wait until August for the whole thing!

Drunk porch metal blowout in the rain. Definitely succeeded in giving King George's ghost the finger.

Deströyer 666 -- Defiance. I think I like CSFAIA and PR better. But I haven't really given this one a chance. EDIT: Whoa. "The Barricades are Breaking" is kicking my ass.
Deströyer 666 -- Phoenix Rising. Sooooo good.

My kids and I are taking turns playing our favorite songs (what else are we gonna do during summer vacation?).

My boy picked "Gangnam Style"
My daughter picked Johan Sebastian Bach (princess music)
I picked "Splatterthrash" by Ghoul
then
My boy picked "Party Rock Anthem" by LMFAO
My daughter picked more princess music--Beethoven
I picked "My Skin is Cold" by Satyricon

They're both now bored with this game and just want to play on the iPad.

I just ordered a couple of Revenge records from him. Last week.

mgla -- With Hearts Toward None. Such a good record.
Aosoth -- Ashes and Angels. Saw these guys at MDF and was completely captivated.
