He's still riding out the hurricane, checking to see if the weather girls have on wedding rings. But now he's drunk and sending over Three 6 Mafia videos, so things have improved considerably.

Getting the playlist ready to teach spin class tonight. Let's review:

Katy Perry
Pitbull
Something called Cake By The Ocean
Ariana Grande
The Weeknd can't even spell his own name, probably can't be trusted
A lot of Various Artists
More Pitbull, not sure why "feat. Ne-Yo, Afrojack & Nayer" doesn't count as Various Artists, but whatever
And goddamned Fall Out Boy.

Please keep me in your thoughts tonight, friends. :(

A spin class?

Why don't you just play Panzerdivision Marduk and Reign in Blood back to back. "Spin faster, fuckers! They're coming to get you!"

Ha! It's an hour long class on stationary bikes, varying the resistance and speed. I try to get as sadistic as I can -- at one point I told them to pedal faster because killer clowns were chasing us.

Knucklehead, I have threatened more than once to do Reign in Blood from start to finish. But if I did that the housewives of Snellville would drag me out to the parking lot, burn me at the stake, and be home in time for American Idol. :(

Can you start a death/black metal spin class so I can finally lose the FUPA and gain an inch or two?

I recommend the treadmill, a nature documentary on mute, and metal in the headphones. Yesterday I combined "Wild Europe" with Toxic Holocaust "An Overdose of Death." The wolves came out to fuck shit up and the music was all "WILD DOGS. WILD DOGS."

Been on a huge Faith No More kick lately. Got Angel Dust then ordered The Real Thing. When I get done with those two I'm still on the new Ghoul a lot. Demolition Hammer.
