cant sleep lately

anyone else had this problem? ive also been sober 2 days now. im dying for a beer.

I think I have more sleeping disorders than I can shake a morning wood at. Getting to sleep has never been my thing...

My snoring has gotten better since I removed the carpeting from my room. I think it was messing with my head.

Go to Kroger. Buy a 4 or 8 oz. bottle of Tussin Max Strength COUGH. not Cough and Cold. Pour into glass. Hold nose. Drink contents. Listen to fav. metal album in a few hours. You got me some cheap tickets one time so this reccomendation is the least I can do.

Or try Melatonin. I got a bottle from Publix for $5 or so and that shit works. Just make sure you take it at least 8 hours before you need to wake up. You may have a slight headache otherwise.

thanks, but i actually just did the unthinkable, i went from Monday-Thurs without any booze. And now i sleep fine.

you can always take a ball-peen hammer to your nut sack, as your body goes into shock, sleepiness is a happy side affect.
