so, not only has hollywood remade The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Dawn Of The Dead, The Omen.....

and are in the works of remaking Evil Dead but now they are working on not only FRIDAY THE 13TH but also HALLOWEEN

this is really starting to piss me off. they are ruining horror.

if they insist on remaking it i'm glad that it will be anime. at least it will be something new and interesting.

i've boycotted the omen. i refuse to go see it. i might rent it b/c my wife is curious about it but i'm not going to the theater or purchasing the piece of garbage. i might, MIGHT, go see the halloween remake. rob zombie is doing it and i think that he has enough horror in his blood not to totally screw it up. from what i read he said he isn't just going to remake the film. he is going to be doing something like, part prequel and part remake.

That could still be interesting. That's more of an adaptation than a remake.
Besides the original would've been much better if they let him use children like he was going to.
