if they re-make the lost boys i'd be greatly irritated. that movie is one of those that was perfect the first time. i'm so tired of hollywood ruinning perfect movies by making WB remakes.
critters could actually be remade pretty well. if done correctly. if they did it somewhat like "slither" then it'd be great.

One of the first items to be hung on the living room wall of my new house was my HUGE 4' x 4' Lost Boys poster. Since it loomed over the TV at the old apartment for over eight years, it only seemed right to quickly put it back in its accustomed place.

Trick Or Treat
I am sure there are others , but those come to mind.
ah man, i cringe to think of what a modern day remake of trick or treat would be like. it would end up being about metalcore and the kids transformation would be him getting more "scene".
Not really a horror movie but I'd like to see a remake of the movie "Coma". That shit scared the hell out of me as a kid (the scene where they walk in the meat locker with all the ziploc-ed cadavers salhgfasedi;hfg;iuah;gfiuaehd;aeds;keb;d), and if they could somehow re-do it now with better makeup/effects while maintaining the exact look and feel of the original I'd go see it in a skipped heartbeat.
