My roomate already called that one. I'm sure we'll find out he was picked on a lot, wasn't getting laid, and played GTA and listened to Slayer.
Fuck it, Dude, let's go bowling.

Jack Thompson is a social conservative can't hold that against him but then again he is a lawyer nuff said lol.

In light of what has happened at VT do you think that the police that tasered the kid from UCLA used excessive
force?

Yes, from what I know of the UCLA incident.

In light of what happened at VT, people should instill into their kids some ethics and value for human life. Countering an isolated incident with more violence only ups the ante - the next jerkoff getting tasered instead of laid will bring a machine gun and kill 100+ people. Wrong.

yeah that seems to be the running trend.

I was trying to tell my boyfriend that yesterday! What I mean by that is he was saying that some people feel shunned by their loved ones, their freinds, society at large and that killing others (usually people you don't really know as is the case with VT) is a form of justified revenge. I disagreed with that statement...I could see killing others as a form of justified revenge if that person really hurt you in some way like say he killed your whole family. But not innocents who have done nothing to you! Then we started talking about how people who go on mass murder sprees are psychotic and really not there in the head anymore (usually) ...I believe that what you say here can help prevent such craziness (usually).

I understand that many who are shunned want to get back at those who have hurt them but there are different ways to go about that other than killing a shitload of people.

more pro-gun laws.

(I carry a tarus 357 special every where I go. My family and I also went out and bought a bunch of assault rifiles right before the brady bill was passed. I love shooting the AR15 and AK47 good times indeed.

Maybe if somone else had a gun in the class room there wouldn't be as many dead.

Metalfreak you make a good point it isn't the worlds fault this kid did what he did he had a choice and this is that.

Yeah, this clearly insane kid had a "choice"?!, and the ability to acquire enough weapons and ammo to brutally slaughter more than 30 people.

It needs to be tougher for average Americans to get their hands on guns and ammunition, or else stories like this will become commonplace. (Have they already? I sure felt numb to this news, unlike Columbine almost 8 years ago).

More guns will only exacerbate this very large problem, and I sincerely hope you're joking about guns in the classroom.

Yes he had a choice. We all know right from wrong. He knew what he was doing he didn't just buy the guy the same day he decided to go on a killing spree.

Do you honestly think tougher gun control laws are really going to matter to the people who have no intention of abiding by those same laws.

Its like saying we are going to get ride of capital punishment for any crimes committed Monday thought Friday but Saturday and Sunday if you are caught you will get the death penalty. Do you think that the crime rate while rise during the week rather than on the weekend or stay the same?

Keeping guns out of the hands of law abiding citizens is not the problem. Tougher gun control laws are not going to do a damn thing plan and simple.

Marijuana is illegal but I seem to have no problem getting a bag every week. Same goes with guns.

Oh and no I wasn't joking about a gun in the class room to think if the professor had a gun like I said there may have not been so many to die at the hands of an evil person like this.
