Best Viking Metal album?

I was searching through the many metal sites on many different fucking bands, like Bathory, Amorphis, and Therion. Then it hit me this question...

What is the best goddamn viking (Scandinavian) Metal album?

I own;
Bathory- Hammerheart, Blood on Ice, Nordland I&2
Amorphis-Elegy & Tales from ten thousand lakes

What other bands that are viking metal do I need to check out?

anything Amon Amarth has done of course, and I'm pretty sure Unleashed are all about the vikings

If you like prog/power metal check out Tyr since they're descended from actual vikings

Definitely Ensiferum...particulary the self titled album. I think it would be fair to mention the first Borknagar album, too.

Since when is Amorphis viking metal?

Anyways, I'd say either Bathory - Blood Fire Death or Twilight of the Gods, or Tyr - Eric the Red. Ensiferum is garbage.

Turisas - The Varangian Way

It's more heroic than the first album and pumps me up more than Amon Amarth. Amon is more focused on storytelling, which is cool, but Turisas just makes me want to quash ale and kill Danish missionaries...and I'm a Christian!
