Does anyone know where I can get some generic music that's royalty-free? I'm doing a video project for a doctor which needs some generic-sounding music to play during the intro and credits.

I should also mention that I'm willing to pay if anyone with a keyboard wants to compose something for this.
I might also need some music for some personal artwork (video) I'm working on.
