The creative powers behind the Silver Scream Spookshow and Atlanta Horrorfest bring you a whole new set of nightmares for the adults out there. Welcome to Splatter Cinema, the one place in Atlanta you can see human bodies ripped from limb to limb, intestines thrown about like streamers, and eyeballs in your popcorn. Our films are not DVD's, once a month we proudly feature 35mm prints of these splatter classics in a REAL GRINDHOUSE theater! Those who arrive early get to be a part of the action as our professional set designers and FX artists recreate movie inspired photo ops for fans to get involved with.
We've done such movies as
Blood Feast
Suspiria
The Thing
Last house on the Left
Friday the 13th
I Drink Your Blood
Silent Night Deadly Night
Dead Alive
Return of the Living Dead
Check out our photo group on Flickr and leave comments..we wanna know what you think!!!! By the way..there are tons of hot half nude girls on there!

Words don't describe how much I dig Splatter Cinema and the Silver Scream Spook Show (or virtually anything else that the Plaza Theater undertakes). I know some of you here have been before. If not, then I recommend checking out what's goin' on at the Plaza. You might be surprised what you'll be able to see on the big screen...or in the lobby (like Santa's helpers!).

Cheers for putting together such cool productions each month!

Yes, yall do an awesome job with those lobby sets, and the choices of film are sterling. I wish I lived closer so I could have seen more of these.
