fucked up movies

Post by slut rag » Wed July 7th, 2010, 11:38 am

this thread is for the most shocking, most brutal, weirdest movies you have seen/are about to see.

so far, im trying to find a good DL of "trash humpers". a new movie by the same director who did "kids" and "gummo". those movies are terrible, i know, but for some reason i do appreciate them. and trash humpers, to say the least, looks weird as fuck.

Oh! I like this thread:

Human Centipede
Martyrs (French)
In My Skin (French)
Deadgirl

That's just the ones I saw in the past year. Give me a minute and I'll come up with some more. Oh, and y'all know I recommend:

HELLRAISER

Man, I hope Chris doesn't log into the Netflix today. He will be sad. Did you like Antichrist? I'm getting word that it blows so I haven't made the effort. I love Willem Defoe so I'm torn.

Also how could I forget:
Cannibal Holocaust

Edit: Irreversible was somewhat confusing, but ultimately very creative.

ehh, i guess you could say i enjoyed antichrist. it has some pretty tough scenes that are difficult for me to get through, and ive seen cannibal holocaust with almost no problems. but, yeah, you should watch antichrist. whats the worst that can happen?!

I've certainly tried to.

And after watching Kids there was pretty much no way I was going to watch Gummo. Kids was compelling and very well done, but geez. That's one of those flicks that makes you feel like there is nothing wrong with the human race that couldn't be solved by a giant comet striking the earth.

If anyone likes art films, check out the Cremaster Cycle by Matthew Barney. Weird shit. One of the films includes Dave Lombardo playing a drum solo which is supposed to represent...something. I don't know. I don't claim to understand it, but it's fucking bizarre.

As far as more mainstream shit goes, Requiem for a Dream is pretty disturbing. When my kids are a little older, that's gonna be a part of the "Here's why you shouldn't do drugs" conditioning.
Let the joyous celebrations of Hell begin!

As if the movie wasn't weird enough, you might enjoy this.
