Inspired by the "currently listening" thread. If you're really pumped on something you dl'd, post it up for everyone to check out.
Insect Warfare / Carcass Grinder split
http://www.mediafire.com/?teowmhydazk#1
(Some of my favorite material from the best US grind band in 2 decades. Carcass Grinder is pretty sweet too.)
Insect Warfare - Endless Execution Through Violent Restitution
http://www.mediafire.com/?m0mtd2nhxwk
(Not sure if this link is for the actual 7" or the comp cd of their early material by the same name but it crushes either way.)
Sanitys Dawn / Magrudergrind - Humanity In Dicline split
http://www.mediafire.com/?yhyyymmy2mn
(Some of MG finest imo)
Nashgul - El Dia Despues Al Fin De La Humanidad
http://www.mediafire.com/?we2dy5djkyo
(Latest album from this sick grind band from Spain. In the vein of Repulsion, Sewn Shut and Altar Of Giallo)
Revocation - Existence is Futile
http://www.mediafire.com/?zdyymy4z2hy
(Pretty much the only "tech" band i give a shit about. Virtuoso guitar work coupled with sick drumming and excellent songwriting. Imagine Pantera mixed with late era Death and Van Halen-esque solos with melodic leads done in a good way)
SPEWTILATOR - Badass motherfuckin' street cops with nothing to lose who don't play by the rules and are out for blood.

As good as the s/t...I've only heard it twice so I can't really say but it might be better. It's just awesome...download it.

I dl'd it last night so i'll be listening today.
Also dl'd The Sword's new album
The Sword - Warp Riders (2010)
http://www.mediafire.com/?w33a7yo1b131c37
Pretty good. Didn't like it as much as the first 2 upon first listen and it won't be gaining any new "metal" fans as they go further in the rock direction than before but it still rips and has it's moments. Vocals are still my least favorite part but they seem to do more harmonizing etc. than the last 2 which sounds pretty good.
Def worth a listen if you liked the other 2.

Benn jamming it for a few days and aside from the couple "anthemic breakdown" parts it's easily as good as the s/t. I like that they blast more on the new one... something i think hc as a whole needs more of.

yeah, major bummer on them not making it out here. they seem to be making a pretty big name for themselves though, so hopefully they'll have the opportunity to get out here again
