Any bands want to play live on WREK for an hour?

The live show here at WREK, Live @ WREK, is starting up again now that the new Under the Couch is open. Every Tuesday night at 10 we have a band play and it's played live over the air. They only have 3 or 4 bands booked right now so plenty of dates are open. You don't have to have a full hour of music because they do an interview too and you can fill time talking/promoting etc.

Well the first show back isn't until Oct. 26 so that's not really a problem, haha. The person who books it is looking for stuff in the coming months since there was a delay in booking since the show didn't happen for a few months.

Anyway this rules that so many bands are interested. Since it's a WREK show and not something completely run by WREKage we can't have metal bands each week as much as I would like that, but there is no reason you all can't play. It would just be spaced out over the course of a few months.

Sweet, I didn't think you guys would be able to do it. Anyway I'm in the process of PM'ing all of you. Would be cool to have some metal on this show since I think the last time there was a metal band was when From Exile played on 6/6/06.

The girl who runs the show is named Kate...really nice girl. But some of you might be familiar with the other guy who runs it...he's known around these parts by the name Fn' Dan hahaha.

whoa he's still around? I haven't seen that dude in a few years! I know he was gettin tired of metal and was listening to other stuff (no, I don't have anything against him for that, everyone has their tastes)

This got postponed for the most part but now should be coming back full steam, from what I've been told. They want to book a metal band or two so if any of you are interested, get at me.
