WUOG 90.5 FM

Hey guys, so I will be hosting a two-hour witching hour metal special show for WUOG 90.5 FM (UGA's college radio station) this Sunday (3/13) from 8p-10 pm. It's break radio so I can play whatever I want as long as it's not super dirty, so local bands send me some music if you want air time!
FYI: The only "curse words" that I can play on air are 'hell' and 'damn'. Maybe 'ass' too but I can't remember.

Anyways, tune in on Sunday dudes! Listen on 90.5 FM or wuog.org/live !

I believe you have all the spew tunes if you'd like to play the 1 or 2 that don't have swearing in them haha.

Not yet... I'm going to try to get a metal specialty show going but I have to wait until the summer. Bummer. But I'll let you guys know when shit goes down!

Well, the DJ that was hosting it last graduated and no one took over this semester. I just started DJ'ing this semester so I couldn't do it.
It blows, but hopefully it'll get going again soon. I definitely want to join forces with wrekage and create super awesomeness whenever that happens.

Damn I wish I saw this earlier...haven't been on in a few days.

Yeah when I was DJing for WRAS, every so often I would play nothing but locals during my show. This was a few years back so alot of the bands that play alot now didn't exist yet. I got all kinds if crazy requests whenever I did that though...it was alot of fun! I hope you get another metal show going! \m/

I keep meaning to go back to WREKage one night and do this....have the playlist on my computer, it's just a matter of finding a Friday night where I'm not busy! DJing rules.

Good, 'cause my local requests rarely get played on WREK or WRAS these days.
