The internet is a sonovabitch

Post by Peanut Caravan » Wed April 6th, 2011, 1:16 am

I am on a bit of an ac/dc kick and I decided to search on ac/dc tour dates for Wheeling, WV (my home town) and apparently they had a show on oct. 13 1979. I would have been five years old.

Damn it!! Why couldn't my parents have been rock and rollers instead of listening to Herp Albert and the Tijuana Brass -- although I remember a whipped cream covered woman on one of the album covers that would served as jack off material in my puberty years

Using this Internet you speak of, I discovered that Celtic Frost played Detroit on my birthday in 1986. That was my 16th birthday. Of course, I knew nothing about it.

Oh man, that is a bummer. The closest place for me to go see shows was Pittsburgh. In order to find out who was playing I had to go to the local mall record store and ask to see their notebook. It was a handwritten log of shows.

Thank you. I think the error has been corrected because when I put my Paranoid cd in the computer, 'Planet Caravan' appeared correctly.
