Hot sauce is the greatest condiment of all time. This is a fact proven by science and evil. Bow to it's power and worship at the altar of fiery delight. Tell me of your favorite sauces and the power they hold so that I might heed their caliente susurrations.
My go to is Sriracha. I eat it on EVERYTHING and keep a bottle at home and one in my desk at work.
I also love Tapatio and for a traditional hotsauce go with anything "Louisiana Style" like Crystal, Trappey's Bull, etc.
Frank's Red Hot can eat a dick.
TELL ME OF YOUR SAUCY ADVENTURES!

I'd take watered down butt over Frank's. What a pathetic excuse for hot sauce.
But seriously, yeah i'd take crystal over frank's any day. Frank's just has a weird flavor that i do not enjoy at all and no heat whatsoever.

Sriracha on EVERYTHING!!
I do use a 50/50 mix of Ketchup and Frank's for a spicy ketchup though.

To take a page from the book of Anvil.....SRIRACHA ON SRIRACHA. Best condiment ever, no question.

I need to get a bottle of that Sriracha...tried it a few times at Chinese/ Vietnamese restuarants and it's killer. I usually go with Louisiana hot sauce, or Mexican hot sauces like- Cholula or Tapatio or Valentino. Being from the NOLA area I love about any kind of hot sauce..i was raised on Cayenne pepper.

Cholula is a good one for sure.
I'm not generally a fan of Tabasco but the Chipotle flavor is delicious on any sort of mexican dish or breakfast tacos/burritos

Ageed..Tabasco isn't one of my favs either..i'll use it if there's no other choices.. don't think i tried the Chipotle flavor, need to though. Funny thing is the ole $.99 cheap Louisiana hot sauces are way better than Tabasco and it's the more advertised/available/expensive Louisiana hot sauce. Go figure. I'd LOVE to know what the recipe for the extra hot wing sauce at Cafe Hot Wing is cuz i could put that sauce on everything. it rules. Cafe Hot Wing has the best wings around. \m/

Tabasco is really all that keeps me from blowing my brains out.
Thanks,

Tobasco is just vinegary bullshit. No flavor to speak of which is why Sriracha is superior to everything... because it has a delicious flavor in conjuncture with being hot.
I'll def use Tobasco if nothing else is available (read: when i eat at Chipotle) but I'm not a fan, especially because of how much it is. The Chipotle flavor is bangin' though and superior to the original in every way. Apparently there's a sweet tobasco as well as an extra hot that I'd like to try.

Tabasco is better after it has aged. Buy a bottle and let it sit, until it turns that sort of rotten/brown color. Mmm.

Bufalo (one F) is GREAT. It's good to cook with, also makes a great bbq sauce too. Look for it in the ethnic section.
