Except there is a full line-up. You should actually check some of the (which are in the info section of the band's page) before you make these claims. We have one guitarist, vocalist, drummer, and bassist. And I don't have any physical copies of the Bleed for Satan EP because I haven't taken the time to burn CD's. And I'm actually ok with those "weird-ass songs" because it's my shit. Atleast I can stand by my shit and defend it.

I blow at keeping this shit straight.

Was that last Amon Amarth. This year? While far from their best it was still pretty cool.

I played the shit out of Gaga's Born This Way.

That Hell record was pretty trippy.

In spite of preferring both of their last releases, Toxic Holocaust and The Devil's Blood came back strong.

OFF!, All Pigs Must Die and Night Birds ruled in the snotty old style and while the two Fucked Up records didn't beat out Hidden World, both were amazing works of art. Yeah, I said "art." I don't know when Cerebral Ballzy dropped, but i just got turned onto it and it shreds.

That Psycho is pretty badass.

Strong nods to the Antichrist, Morbus Chrom and In Solitude records. Honorable mentions in the same weight class to Portrait and Devil.

The Midnight and Cannabis Corpse records came off a bit too sterile, but were enjoyable enough. Speedwolf made the record i wish Midnight had made.

I just got Darkthrone's Sempiternal Past in the mail and fully expect it to rule.

Ultimately, it's probably Burzum's Fallen or the Kvelertak LP.

I'm still overlooking something and probably half that list was from 2010.

There are a lot of top names missing from that list. Here's to hoping for some great shit in 2012. I'm looking at you, Kreator.

i blame all spelling/grammar fuck-ups on this annoying Android OS.

I agree that Absu's album was probably the best of the year but some other notable release's were:
Entrenched - Preemptive Strike
Vader - Welcome to the Morbid Reich

I never got around to listening to it, but I'm surprised no one mentioned the new Exhumed...

I need to add that Kvelertak album and the new Double Negative record to my list as well. I can probably just go ahead and add the Warmaster LP as well even though I haven't heard it yet.

Thoughts from any of youz guyz that have?

I haven't gotten a hard copy yet, but I think the DL that I have of the Devil's Blood is way up there for best releases. I'm sure it would make my Top 5, if not take the Number 1 spot.

I also need to spend more with the most recent Vektor, Absu, Skeletonwitch and Warbringer albums.

Top notch album I can't stop listening to it. Right up there with 40 Watt Sun The Inside Room.
