New brewery holding tasting tour Saturday May 19, 2012

Cost should be $8 cash. I don't think they got their card machine working yet. You get 4 4oz samples and a glass if you get there early enough. The owner is a huge fan of hardcore punk and has named some of the beers after bands, plus the mascot is loosely based on Lemmy. Runs from 3:30PM to 7PM

Wow I gotta check this out. Thanks for posting!

A brewery making Jesus Lizard and Eerie Von beers is pretty fucking cool, me thinks. I hope the beer is delicious.

They should at the very least have the Big Shanty graham cracker stout which is delicious. Their pale ale is also really good.

The Brick Store Pub is also having something at 8 am-12pm that day and are offering KBS 2010-2012 and CBS 2010-2012 and more awesome, rare beers on tap. I'm gonna try to go but I have to be at work at 2pm.

Line up for today. The pale ale is great, Didjits is good and I hate IPAs. The Bishop definitely looks interesting.

The last imp stout I had was Victory's Storm King and I was kinda put off how hoppy it was as it warmed up. I've recently developed a deep love for Belgian style beer.

The Fighting Bishop Trippel is excellent. Kinda liked the Cannon Dragger, but again I'm not really one for IPAs.

We actually talked to some people at the tour today who'd recently had that. Heard nothing but good things about those beers.

Not yet. They'll be going live in a bar near them soon. Probably a Taco Mac. I'll post when that happens. But they do have a distributor and dude said to ask your local bartender and liquor store to start carrying them. So hopefully soon.
